Q. Why are only some Church materials available for audio players?
A. We plan to continually evaluate the need and value of providing Church materials
in MP3 format. We encourage you to use the Compressed Audio Feedback page to help us better understand your
needs and interests.
Q. When will foreign language audio material be made available?
A. We began providing non-English MP3 files of general conference in
April 2004. However, due to time and resource constraints, we will not
be posting non-English audio materials other than general conference
until 2008.
Q. I am having problems getting my player to work. Where can I get help
and technical support?
A. The Church does not provide technical support for MP3 players or devices.
If you are having problems listening to an audio file after downloading it from
our site, please contact your MP3 player provider directly. However, if you are
experiencing difficulty downloading an audio file, or if you have questions or
comments about this MP3 site, please contact us through the Compressed Audio Feedback page.
Q. What kind of player device should I use?
A. The Church does not endorse any particular audio player, device, or
software program.
Q. How can I recommend additional audio content to be included on this
site?
A. Please submit requests for additional content through the Compressed Audio Feedback page.
