The Primary general presidency was sustained in general conference on Saturday, April 2, 2005. Sister Cheryl C. Lant now leads as the 11th president of the Primary, Sister Margaret S. Lifferth serves as first counselor, and Sister Vicki F. Matsumori serves as second counselor.
