Below are the most commonly used Personal Progress materials and accessories. Most of these items are available through the online Church distribution center. For items that are not linked and available online, contact your local distribution center. They should be obtained with ward funds, at no cost to young women or their parents.

This booklet outlines the Young Women Personal Progress program. Every young woman should be given one of these booklets.

Guidebook for Parents and Leaders of Youth (order online - item 36415)
This guidebook outlines responsibilities of parents and leaders of young women and young men. It includes an overview of the Personal Progress program.
Young Women Personal Progress Journal Young Women Personal Progress Journal (order online - item 36656)
Among the requirements to earn the Young Womanhood Recognition is for the young woman to keep a personal journal. Young women can use this journal to record their thoughts and feelings as they work on Personal Progress.

This chart helps leaders maintain a record of each young woman's progress.
Personal Progress Achievement Emblems Personal Progress Achievement Emblems (36654)
These stickers are to be awarded to young women as they complete the six experiences and one project in each of the seven Young Women values.
Young Womanhood Recognition Certificate Young Womanhood Recognition Certificate (36651)
Young women receive this certificate when they complete the requirements of the Personal Progress program.
Young Womanhood Recognition Medallion Young Womanhood Recognition Medallion (gold, 36652; silver, 36653)
Young women receive this medallion when they complete the requirements of the Personal Progress program. It comes in gold or silver tone and includes a 20-inch chain.
