Register to Access Training
Family history center directors and family history consultants who serve in centers are encouraged register as family history consultants at consultant.familysearch.org so they can access consultant training and resources.
Family history centers help members identify their ancestors and provide temple ordinances for them. Centers provide local access to family history resources such as FamilySearch on the Internet and the Church’s collection of microfilmed family history records. Centers can provide family history training to members and family history consultants. Community patrons are welcome to use the resources available in centers.
The high council adviser oversees family history centers in the stake, through members called to serve as directors. Centers are staffed by family history consultants. Members of the community may volunteer to serve in centers. |
