Lesson Materials
The teacher's manual for this course is the Doctrine and Covenants and Church History Gospel Doctrine Teacher's Manual. A class member study guide is also available. This course is for members ages 14 to adult.
The Church offers many other official resources that can help teachers present the lessons in the manual. For example, some lessons suggest the use of hymns, children's songs, or pictures from the Gospel Art Picture Kit. Segments from a DVD titled Doctrine and Covenants and Church History DVD Presentations can also be helpful in teaching the Doctrine and Covenants and Church history.
