Rasband of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles was given the game ball and a BYU helmet by Brigham Young University President Kevin J Worthen during the BYU vs. University of Utah football game in Provo on September 9, 2017. On the field Elder Rasband was joined by his wife, Sister Melanie Rasband, and some of his children and grandchildren. Utah won 19-13.
