Grandma, how old are you?

186!

What?! You can’t be that old.

I’m only joking! But I’m still old. And do you know how I’ve lived this long?

How?

Because I always eat my vegetables!

Does eating vegetables really make you live longer?

It helps! When we take care of our bodies, God blesses us with strength and energy.

I think the stew is done! It smells good.

Time for a taste test!

Did we pass?

Yes! It’s delicious! And healthy too.

Maybe one day I’ll live to be 186.
